What is a spin-off company
A spin-off company is a type of business entity that has been set up to make use of intellectual property, usually originating from a university. Its aim is to commercialise the results of scientific work, i.e. various inventions, technologies, etc. The university may then enter the company as a shareholder. Setting up a spin-off does not prevent you from continuing to work as an employee of the university.

Administrative
We can help you fill out the intellectual property (IP) notice, check contracts and the current status of IP.
Analysis
Based on your information we will prepare a market analysis, get feedback and evaluate the real potential of your IP.
Improvement
It will probably be necessary to modify the result on the basis of the feedback received - develop a prototype, check the possibilities of industrial production, etc.
Commercialization
We will find you a suitable commercial partner and guide you through the entire process of commercializing your work.
